Ellen is an adoptee who found most of her birth
family in 1992 and just recently in February 2006, found her brother. For the
past 14 years has been helping others with their searches. As with most who
help with adoption searches Ellen does not feel she can charge for information
that is "rightfully yours" to begin with, BUT her TIME is valuable
to her and she needs to charge a reasonable fee for searches that she does.
Ellen will do her best to complete your search, but
she is only human and has not yet figured out how to perform miracles. It is
very important if you chose to hire her that you provide her with all the
information that you have accumulated even if you think it is insignificant.
There are times when something you think isn't important could be the key to
completing your search!
You will find Ellen to be friendly, professional and
she will document the steps that she has taken in completing your search and
you will receive copies of any documents that she finds pertaining to your
search. As owner of the NY Adoption List I highly recommend her! Her service
is one that has been needed for a long time.
Ellen is a member of the Triangle of Truth Support
Group in Syracuse and a former member of the NY Adoption List. Ellen also
works under a Private Investigator and has many resources, not only for
adoptions but any type of investigation.
